Daily Walks
Scheduling walks in advance allows us to coordinate with our existing reservations and ensure your pet gets the exercise they need. Regular walks are essential for maintaining both physical health and the mental stimulation necessary for your pet’s well-being. Keeping their mind active helps reduce boredom-related behavioral issues, promoting a happier and more balanced pet. Let us provide the structured activity and enrichment your pet deserves!
Check-In’s
Rest easy while you're away knowing that your pet’s needs are being met to the fullest capacity. With our check-in services, our team can efficiently provide essential care throughout the day. Offering services tailored to the specific needs of your pet allows care to be provided while maintaining the pet’s personal space. It’s highly recommended to schedule a minimum of two daily check-ins for your pet if they do not have access to a restroom during your time away. If more than three check-ins are required, you must use our in-home daycare service.
In-Home Overnight Stays

While we always encourage pre-planned care, we understand emergencies happen, and your pet’s well-being remains our top priority. Cancellation Policy
As professionals, we understand plans can change and you may need to alter your travel plans. However, out of respect for our other clients and their pets we kindly remind you our cancellation policy allows for no cancellations within 7 days of your scheduled service. In the unfortunate event you need to cancel within this time frame, a fee of 50% of the overall booking will be applied. As per our policy, cancellations made within 72 hours of the departure of your trip will result in a fee equal to 100% of the overall booking, as we have reserved your spot and made necessary arrangements for your trip. We strongly advise you to thoroughly review your plans and ensure all necessary arrangements are made before the 7-day mark to avoid any fees. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our policy, it allows us to ensure we can serve all of our clients and their pets to the highest level.
